Fun with Pinterest

Show me a popular trend, and five to ten years later I will be fully into it! 🙂 Seriously, it takes me forever to fall in love with something that other people find immediately fascinating. Is it a case of a cautious heart, or am I just not that with-it? (Personally, I think it’s the latter.) 😉

So it has been with Pinterest, the fabulous social media platform that was established in 2009. I first heard about it around 2012 (late, of course). It seemed like a lot of fun, so I opened a profile, pinned a couple things… and that was pretty much it. Until recently.

For the past couple weeks, I have been having a ball with Pinterest. One of my favorite boards is called Bibliana (a term I made up, as far as I know, which basically means “all things books”). My Bibliana board includes the most fun and fantastical bookish treasures that I could find online. And, lucky for me, there are a lot of them!

One of my favorite things about Pinterest is that it shows how creative and clever people can be. And now that I’ve caught the pinning bug, I don’t ever want to be cured!
