Love stories about old houses and family secrets.

Well, hey there, friends! I cannot believe that it’s been over a month since my last blog post. My only excuse (for what it’s worth) is that I’ve been working hard on my next novel in the Angel River series. I’ll be telling you more about that real soon, for sure.

In the meantime, it is always lovely to watch the seasons change, isn’t it? We are starting to see some real fall color here in Virginia. 🤗 Over the next few weeks it’s going to get more and more lovely. There’s even a live camera you can access to watch the leaves change! You can find it at this link: https://www.nps.gov/shen/learn/photosmultimedia/view_webcam.htm

The quote below comes from the 17th Century English poet John Donne. Although personally I also love spring and summer, I think Mr. Donne has a point: there is something especially lyrical about the face of autumn. (The fellow certainly had a way with words, didn’t he?)

I hope you have a chance to enjoy some outdoor time, my friends! ‘Tis the season, after all! 🍂😊🧡

Hugs and Happy Reading!
